Important Paper Submission Dates

The 3rd UMS Research Symposium 2025 (UMS-ReS3) has successfully concluded. Congratulations to all participants for your active involvement and inspiring presentations throughout the event. Your commitment and enthusiasm have made UMS-ReS3 a meaningful platform for sharing research progress, exchanging ideas, and fostering collaboration across disciplines.

As highlighted during the symposium, one of the key objectives of UMS-ReS3 is to address the strategic need to increase the number of UMS publications in MyCITE-indexed journals. While the university has already achieved full marks for publications in international databases such as Scopus and the Web of Science (WoS), contributions to MyCITE remain an area of significant opportunity. Given the substantial weight of MyCITE publications in national research assessments, this initiative plays a vital role in strengthening UMS’s overall research standing.

With the symposium successfully concluded, we now move to the next crucial phase - paper submission for publication. All accepted papers will be published this year in the Transactions on Science and Technology (a MyCITE-indexed journal), directly contributing to UMS’s upcoming MyRA evaluation and our shared goal of achieving the 6-star research excellence rating.
